The outside of egg is decorated with a topaz jet-black crystal chain. A gold lion mask and swords decorate the top of the egg. The top is a gold and black crown with Swarovski crystals. The gold stand is a unique three lion design supporting the egg.

This 16-inch ostrich egg, strikingly opulent by itself with its fine gold filigree, dazzling red Swarovski crystals, brilliant clear crystal finial top, and its hand-painted richly-colored gold and black finish, bursts open into a charming Victorian winter scene. Two hinged doors and a “drawbridge” supported by black Austrian crystal “chains open to reveal 19th century characters with a sleigh and several deer against a printed snowy pine forest background.
